Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and packaging to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
